The included Handbook21.html file is the complete Handbook in HTML format. The HTML version of the Handbook has been tested with both Netscape 3.x and Internet Explorer 3.x. The file displays essentially as intended in both browsers.

Printing the Handbook document from a web browser will not provide as pleasing results as printing from within Word 97, using the Word 97 formatted document, would. However, both Netscape and Internet Explorer will print the document in a more or less acceptable manner.
